Lasted about 8 months, and still holding well!

Got one of these when we got out pit terrier/staffy mix Missy back in October of last year. Wanted it to have her name, and address she lived at, as well as my phone number and my husband's phone number. I needed one that could fit all that text and it still be readable, as well as one that didn't hang down with her other tags cause she tried to chew on her rabies tag a lot as a puppy. It's now June and its still on her collar just fine, and she pays it no mind and leaves it alone cause it doesn't hang or tap into the other tags she has to wear. Elastics have also held up well and haven't had it come off once even with her crazy antics. Would definitely recommend this product.
Better choices available

This is the worst no jingle tag I've tried. I went with this option bc I figured it would be easier to get on & off of our little girl's 1/2 inch collars. It says to put the tag on the end of collar without the D ring, yet the other end of her collars have the adjustment buckle so there's still a "hurdle" to get it past. While trying to switch her collar today the actual metal part popped off the black stretchy part & took forever to get back on & I feel like through the whole ordeal it has frayed the edge of the collar. I will be getting her the kind that the tag is placed directly on collar. That's what our big dogs have and we've had no problem.

I thought I was ordering the black but ordered the silver by mistake. Aside from that, the lettering is not centered. I only wanted a name and phone number on the tag but it looks off. His name is at the top very top of the tag - not centered from top to bottom. The phone number is very small and not centered with the name. Quality is good and sits flat on the collar but the size and off centered lettering doesn't work for me.
good, but not for rompers and rollers

When this came in it was super cute. I was very happy with it, and the engraving was very nice to have multiple lines. However, it is now less than a year later and the text has been scuffed off and the elastic is extended so it now dangles off the collar. My dog is probably more active than a lot of dogs, so I thought this would be nice and quiet while she's running through the house, but it hasn't stood up to the wear and tear of her rolling around in the grass.

100% best dog tag made. Most boarding or dog day care centers do not allow anything dangling from collars and this is the perfect solution. I don't have to hear her tags every time she scratches. When I bring her on family vacation I put on another tag with my family's address and who to call. Great idea

This is my second ROAD iD name tag and I love them. I only had to order a new one because my dog let another dog undress him while they were playing and I haven't been able to find his collar. Very quick turnaround time. High quality. 7/5 stars!
Not as expected, cheap looking

I was surprised by how cheap and flimisy this tag was. I thought it would be able to be attached to the collar permanently but, no, it can not be. It was attached with a rubber band-like thing that was knocked off the second day on the collar.

I ordered two ID plates and both arrived promptly! They are well made and look fantastic! The print is clean, legible and apparently will not rub off or fill in with dirt since laser was used to engrave. The bands to secure tag onto the collar are tough and resilient and are easy to place on collar and to remove from collar. Nice product!
Would not recommend, flimsy and cheap

If I had seen it in real life first, I never would have bought it. Very flimsy and cheap, I had to be careful not to break it when putting it on my dogs collar. It's strangely thick, like about an inch and a half thick, and doesn't sit flat against the collar. It could easily get snagged on something and come off. I will look for something else for my dog.
Print Too small

As others have mentioned, the print on this tag is just too small. I got the medium size and you can't read the name if you're not up close to the tag. Others have said this is printed and not etched, but I don't think that's right. You don't 'feel' the etching, but I'm guessing it's a laser etching. We had another collar with this type of print & it hasn't faded one bit after a full year of muddy, snowy, rambunctious dog park & day care play. The elastic is not cheap but I don't know it will last under continuous rough play. Don't think I'll get this again unless they revise with bigger print & tougher elastic.
